Kid Coders: let's see what else these animals can get into!

This month we will be using Scratch to create our own animated animal dance party! In this session, we will explore some of the other things we can do with our dancing animals, the other stories we can tell with them, and the other ideas we can work on together. Scratch is the world’s largest coding community for children and a coding language with a simple visual interface that allows young people to create digital stories, games, and animations. Scratch introduces kids and other beginners to the conceptual tools of coding through a drag and drop interface and a fun, engaging, platform. We will be using Scratch this month to introduce ourselves to coding. The course will also provide parents with resources to continue these activities on their own.
